Last week–or the week before, I can’t remember–Josh and I went on a date, and I decided to stop by the mall to search for a new pair of jeans. I usually shop at American Eagle, but I get discouraged fairly easy when it comes to shopping. At only 5’1″ with a petite frame, it’s hard to find the perfect-fitting jeans. After about twenty minutes in AE, I gave up. There was one pair of jeans, though, that I loved and they were on clearance. I tried on the regular (which usually fits okay), and they fit everywhere but the length. So! I decided to splurge a little and buy myself a new outfit via AE.com, and they had the jeans in my size!

I definitely feel your pain with the whole “short” thing. I’m 4’11″ and rarely find jeans that fit lengthwise. I always say that I’m going to hem them, but I never do and I just end up stepping on the ends until they start ripping. I think I have one pair of jeans that’s not too long- they’re from delia’s…but I still like most of my too long pairs better haha
