It's so great to learn these things and make changes now, while you are young (so jealous that you just turned 21!) so that you can really implement them into your life. One of my friends used to bite her nails and her mom bought lemon flavored clear nail polish she made her put on her nails and she never did it again. Mostly because it was super sour tasting! Sorry I have been MIA lately on the commenting!
